![]() Regardless, non-augmented humans had their freedoms severely constricted and were treated as inferior by their overlords across the board. ![]() Although Khan was believed to be a more "gentle" authoritarian who did not engage in conflict until infringed upon, the other Augment dictators were often much less merciful. Khan's ambitions led other would-be Augment despots to rule their territories with an iron fist. ![]() Non-augmented humans were killed or subjugated to slavery by the "supermen", with Augment conquerors like Khan Noonien Singh ( Ricardo Montalban) seizing absolute power of over a quarter of the planet. Scientists who had taken part in the genetic projects resulting in the Augments hadn't accounted for their personalities, which often veered toward an air of superiority and entitlement. The planet was plunged into a Dark Age, with much of the historical documentation during the time period being lost or fragmented. so far my thougths. In 1992, Augments banded together and laid claim to over 40 countries across the globe, exploding into a four-year conflict that took tens of millions of lives in the process. my attempt has total 8 disruptor turrets and a front disruptor cannon plus 2 torpedo launchers (front and aft). it has the similar shape and style - and also the size - of the K't'ingas, but looks much more elegant and advanced.Ĭruisers are typical for patrol and escort tasks. in my opinion, his project is a great suggestion for a successor of the old K't'inga-class cruisers for the 25nd century. So first of all here is the schematic of a future klingon cruiser concept, a wonderful KA‘tA‘inga style model from richard long (REL777). there is a fascinating klingon battleship on the big size ship side and a fanmade future concept of the D-class cruiser, but not really something promising for the bird of preys. I didn't found much promising stuff (even from ST-fans) in the internet. but for the middle class and the small-class ships like the bird of prey and the D-class cruisers they would need urgently successing concepts. they have promising and powerful concepts with the big ship models - Vor'cha and Negh'var. in terms of klingon shipdevelopment this is the 25nd century. I'm very interested with the question, what happens in the future. beginning of the 23nd century the raptor and the d-concept influenced each other and you find them melted together end of of the 24nd century in the Vor'cha and the Negh'var-class. my occupation with the klingon shidesign revealed for me as well, that there are three main design concepts - the bird of prey concept, the raptor concept and the D-concept, starting in the 22nd century. it seems really, that the klingons aren't very creative in shipdesign development and that their starships have a very long lifetime in practical use. but in the overview the klingons used this design for almost 150 years - that's a very long time! and the BoPs are still in use! the same happend with the K't'inga-class. then we saw the alltime favourite bird of preys. the 23nd century shows TOS came first and the 22nd century show ENT where the last in production. first, the older ships seen on screen where technologicaly more impressive then the newer ones. Over at i did a set of schematics of all more or less A?officialA“ klingon starships. ![]()
